With over a decade of combined experience within the personal health and wellness, medical, and behavioral health industries, you can find me at any given time fulfilling my personal vision and what I consider a privilege to be my life's work: helping to bridge the divide between our understanding and our ability to live well. You may have learned of me through Growing God's Queens, or, as a licensed marriage and family therapist, you may have learned of me via my private practice, Healthier Place, PLLC. I am both a student and teacher at heart with a bold, eclectic personality and a particular love for browns and coffee. I'm just excited about life--I'm a witness that there's so much more to it than what would first seem to be true. I love wholly enjoying ABBA, my family, my community, my life, myself, and my work--and I just genuinely enjoy helping others who want to do the same learn to do the same. Welcomeeeee! Through CB I share video and written content related to what comes up for me as helpful, valuable, frustrating, wonderful, interesting, annoying, complex, etc as I continue to walk my own path breaking the cycles in my way, on my way...yearning for the outcomes I desire, learning to love the process more and more--each step of the way.​​​​​
