Cancellation Policy
Thank you so much for booking with us! Payment is expected at time of booking. Please reschedule or cancel via email or secure chat at least 24hrs in advance; on weekends and holidays, please provide notification on the earliest business day beforehand. Proper notice (at least 24hrs) will ensure you are not billed the Late Cancellation Fee, the total fee of your appointment booked, for a late-cancellation. Please arrive to your appointment on time or provide notification of delay to avoid the $100 No Show Fee, which will otherwise be billed to you at the 15min mark following your appointment start time.
