The PPOA serves as an introductory 60mins consult for new clients and a strategic

check-in for returning clients. This service can be tailored to a focus on day-to-day wellness and quality of life or business/ministerial/career-related concerns. All clients are sent the 'PPOA Bow-Tie' following their consult: a comprehensive graphic and full-length email detailing the Plan of Action crafted from our consult for your quick reference.  

A Complex Trauma Recovery Mental Health Coaching Intensive; 9AM-4PM, across three days, held online unless otherwise scheduled.

Clients can expect in depth support reprocessing the experiences they’ve endured, including the sense of identity and quality of life created as a result, in order to neutralize the debilitating impact which complex trauma has had on their relationships with themselves, God, and others. The traumatized narrative, and its limitations, are uprooted by specific, thorough scriptural discussion and teaching with direct connection and application to the unique experiences of each client. Space is made and held for clients to authentically and genuinely express themselves and how they were impacted without judgement, so they can be empathetically validated while learning to separate the truth from deceptions/lies and themselves from the pain, imprint, and residue of the experience itself. This is a comprehensive and collaborative encounter in which clients are assisted in dismantling the barriers that have hindered them from entering into and/or maintaining active recovery in a restored sense of identity and quality of life resembling that which the Lord desired for them to have in His perfect love.

Clients leave the TtT Intensive:

1. understanding the word and heart of God concerning their specific traumatic experiences and the pain they faced in general

2. grounded in a new, empowering, and biblically-sound sense of self and hope for their relationships and lives–right in the face of everything trauma seem to imply or demand they could or could not do, have, or experience

3. having learned how to utilize the Word and their faith to combat and disempower barriers and obstacles to consistently leaving trauma’s imprint and residue behind them, regardless of moments of triggering or upset and without having to lie to, gaslight, or stifle themselves in some facade.

With expert integration of coaching, psychoeducation, scriptural breakdowns, and the very faithful leadership and revelation of the Holy Spirit, I'll support you in developing integrated understanding and gaining confidence and competence in the how-to of walking in recovery and new life from trauma.

DISCLAIMER: In this program, I support you in walking the path based on my own journey, including how I learned to master my mental health recovery with the Lord and what I've learned and experienced in my professional career as a doubly certified coach and licensed therapist. This intensive does not stand in opposition to clinical or psychiatric treatment! In fact, ask about our ability to coordinate with your healthcare provider/treatment team or support you with linking to, maintaining, &/or getting the most value out of therapeutic care from a licensed provider local to your area. Psychotherapeutic services/treatment of mental health conditions are not executed within this service. 

​By repeated client request, Coach Marie is now offering faith-based business mentorship specifically targeting sustenance of wellness in the mental health journey and quality of life in the approach to/execution of business, ministerial, and career-related pursuits. CMEC serves to support you in remaining established in the biblical standard of wellness mentally, emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually despite the twists, turns, learning curves, and threats to mental health stability which are often contained in the process of business, ministry, and seeking to make changes or elevate within career. ​

Challenges in these processes often instigate procrastination, overwhelm, inconsistency, and quitting altogether when left unaddressed. This can easily lead to increased destabilization mentally and spiritually in a vicious, confusing, distressing, and discouraging cycle. CMEC helps you in engage in business/ministry/career related endeavors, goals, and pursuits and respond to their related difficulties and challenges from the empowering foundation of our faith and the word of God and a healthy, informed grounding in clinical wellbeing.

As a beta service, only a few clients have engaged this service thus far.

1 | Clearing the path for engagement and dismantling obstacles to starting and maintaining momentum: identifying aligned vision, intention, and SMART goals as well as overcoming overwhelm, disorganization, and anxious distress.

​2 | Using what you have to self-start with quality, professional execution. Active support in development, including working collaboratively, reviews of progress, and practical feedback and recommendations while respecting and promoting your personal autonomy and agency.

3 | Active support with linking to resources as well as developing materials, offers, and organized systems for predictable outcomes and success.

4 | Uncovering clarity and building confidence around God-given vision and instruction.

5 | Establishing in excellence, clarity, and safety: clients get to utilize Coach Marie's Business Plan template and Ministry Establishment Plan template at no additional charge and, upon request, receive support completing and reviewing.

6 | Unlearning and overcoming financial insecurity and roadblocks to financial safety (including the distorted, religious understandings and doctrines which often underpin and amplify these issues); Support identifying, establishing, and refining pathways to profit and increase revenue generation for sustained engagement in business/ministry.

7 | Prioritizing excellent health and wellness of Self as part of personal witness: improving and maintaining overall, and especially mental health, wellness for the glory of God and the good of the business/ministry. Also: unlearning codependency, unhealthy/ungodly self sacrifice in business/ministry, and support re-grounding following triggering/overwhelm/the impact of life stressors.

8 | Crafting/executing on a business/ministry plan that is sustainable and actually works for you and your life without distorted perfectionism, shame/condemnation, and ungrounded expectations.
